一、概述
I. INTRODUCTION
为了提高澳门地区文化建设和教育水平，确保成语解释的准确性和专业性，兹发布《新澳2024年正版资料|确保成语解释落实》政策文件。该文件主要针对成语解释、正版资料使用等方面进行严格规范，推动相关部门及机构提高对成语解释的重视程度，并确保正版资料的广泛使用，提升澳门地区文化发展的水平，并助力贵州地区对成语知识的普及和民族文化的传承。
In order to enhance the cultural constructive evolution and educational proficiency in Macao region, ensure the correctness and professional level of idiomatic explanations, hereby announcement of "New Authorization of Macao in 2024 Edition|Ensure Proper Use of Idiomatic Explanations" policy document. The document mainly aims at proper and strict standardization regarding the interpretations of idioms, legitimate use of information, etc., driving relevant departments and institutions to further focus on idiomatic interpretations. It is meant to ensure the widespread use of legitimate information and enhance the level of cultural development in Macao region, contributing to the popularization of idiom knowledge and the inheritance of national culture in Guizhou region.

II. BODY
（一）成语学习的必要性

1. The Necessity of Idiom Learning
   成语是汉语语言的重要组成部分，具有深厚的文化底蕴和丰富的内涵。对于澳门地区青少年而言，学习成语不仅能够促进语言能力的提升，还能够增强对中华文化的了解和传承。
   Idioms are an essential component of the Chinese language, endowed with a rich cultural connotation and profound content. For the youth of Macao region, learning idioms not only enhances their linguistic abilities but also strengthens their understanding and inheritance of Chinese culture.
   （二）成语解释的重要性
2. The Importance of Idiomatic Interpretation
   成语解释对于准确理解和传承成语文化至关重要。正确解释和运用成语可以增强语言的表达能力，丰富文化内涵。因此，相关部门及机构需重视对成语解释的钻研和普及，确保粤语地区成语学习与发展。
   The idiomatic explanation plays a crucial role in accurate understanding and inheriting idiomatic culture. Accurate explanation and use of idioms can enhance linguistic expression and enrich cultural connotations. Therefore, relevant departments and institutions need to focus on the research and promotion of idiomatic interpretations, ensuring the learning and development of idioms in the Cantonese region.
   （三）正版资料的使用

   正版资料的使用是确保成语解释权威的前提条件。相关部门及机构需严格遵守版权法规，广泛使用正版资料，为澳门地区成语学习与发展提供合法、规范的资源支持。只有这样，才能规范成语解释，促进澳门地区成语学习和文化的传承。
   The use of genuine information is a prerequisite for ensuring the authority of idiomatic interpretations. Relevant departments and institutions must strictly comply with copyright regulations and widely use genuine information to provide legal and standardized resource support for idiom learning and development in the Macao region. Only in this way can idiomatic interpretations be standardized and the learning of idioms and cultural inheritance in the Macao region be promoted.
   （四）政策落实与监管

   特区政府支持并鼓励相关部门及机构积极开展政策落实与监管工作。特区政府将积极配合，为政策落实提供必要的政策支持与资金扶持。
   The special government supports and encourages relevant departments and institutions to actively carry out policy implementation and supervision work. The special government will fully cooperate to provide necessary policy support and financial support for policy implementation.
   （五）教育培训与宣传
